On Saturday, July 31, 2011, a group of Township
Officials, Residents and
Board Members met to discuss a vision for Croton Township.
Approximately
50 people representing a cross section of the township were
invited and 17
were able to attend.
The purpose of the planning session was to discuss what we are
proud of
when it comes to Croton, what values we embrace (what is
important to
us)where we see ourselves in 10-20-30 years and what we felt
needed to be
addressed to get us there.
The report of that planning session is linked below and it is
hoped you will
take the time to review it. The next step will be to see if it
aligns
with the thinking of the majority of people who live and work
here. Your
input is crucial. You can help by taking some time time to read
the report and submit your feedback. Also, share the document
with those in your area of influence
to help spread the word.
We will provide a feedback section soon where
you can input your thoughts and help us shape the future of
Croton Township. You can also click on Township Facebook
to the left and leave comments there for now.
Pictures of the new Fire Station sign and what
went into making it are available on the FIRE
PAGE.
You can now download past minutes in word format
(.pdf format coming soon) on the Agenda/Minutes page.
