Protecting agricultural land and natural resources, preventing over-crowding and traffic congestion, ensuring that adjacent land uses are compatible with one another, providing for the efficient delivery of public services, and protecting property values.  “Zoning” is the foundation for a sustainable community.

Tents, trailers, campers, motor homes, fifth wheels or other travel equipment require a camping permit if someone is living or sleeping in it inside the Township, other than in approved parks or campgrounds.  There are no charges for this permit, and it is valid for two (2) weeks.   It may be renewed at the discretion of the Zoning Administrator for an additional two (2) weeks.
