Important information about your 2019 Property taxes

 

2019 property taxes must now be paid to the Newaygo County Treasurer. Please contact them at 231-689-7230 or pay in person at 1087 Newell Street, White Cloud, MI 49349.

 

 

Property Taxes

 

2020 tax bills will be mailed around July 1 (due September 14, 2020) and December 1 (due February 14, 2021).. If you do not see your bill by the middle of these months, please contact me as soon as possible for a copy.

 

Prior year property taxes

 

These must also be paid to the Newaygo County Treasurer. Please contact them for amounts.

 

Change of Address

 

If you have moved, please make sure to let me know your new mailing address so you will continue to receive your tax bills in a timely manner. The easiest method to update your address is by email to: kedwards@crotontownship.org.

Property Assessment Question

 

Questions about property assessments, hardship exemptions, PRE exemptions, or veteran’s exemptions must be directed to the Assessor's office.  Please call the Assessor Jackie Thompson at 231-652-4301 during Township office hours on Wednesdays from 9am – 12 pm or at 231-245-1410 during non-office hours.
